Valentine’s Week…
…starts today! Normally I am not so excited by the holiday, but I can’t help but be excited for it this year. It could be because Tales of the Abyss FINALLY comes out, or it could be the tv shows I am watching are just epically amazing!!!!! Just finished watching Once Upon a Time! It is definitely my favorite episode so far!

Learning more about Rumple was the best! He is (oddly) one of my favorite characters of the show. It was such an amazing twist to the Beauty and the Beast story! I love seeing how much Mr. Gold actually cares about people (especially Belle) <3 I can’t wait for them to further develop his character! It was so heart wrenching to see how much it hurt him to hear Belle was dead!

Anyway, so about half of my friends are down because they have “no one special” for Valentine’s Day, while others are excited to spend the first holiday with their new boyfriends! I personally don’t think of the day as anything more than just another day. Candy goes on sale, there are cute valentine cards to give to friends and family, it is a pretty good day. I keep reminding my friends that they don’t need to have a boyfriend (or girlfriend) to make the day special. I tell them they always have their friends and family who love them! (Plus the candy that goes on sale and the fun, sometimes mushy, tv show specials)!
So, if you are without that “special someone” this day, know that there are people out there that do care about you! They may not show it (sometimes human emotions are just waaaay to complicated), but there are people out there who care.
